Stay Period: September 1- December 15, 2026.

Rates and packages are exclusive to purchases made through the Online Store.

Full payment is required upon booking. All transactions are considered final and non-refundable.

Vouchers purchased are not yet considered confirmed bookings. To secure preferred stay dates, guests must contact our Reservations Team at +63 32 253 1111 or email resv.ceb@marcopolohotels.com, subject to availability.

Rooms and services are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

Rates are quoted per room per night, unless stated otherwise.

Confirmation vouchers must be presented upon check-in or redemption.

Vouchers are transferable provided an authority letter and valid IDs of both the original booker and the staying guest are presented upon check-in.

Vouchers are non-convertible to cash and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or privileges.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse redemption for damaged, altered, or tampered vouchers.

Changes to booking details (such as names, dates, or preferences) are subject to hotel policies and availability.
