1. All buffet lunch and dinner reservations made through the online store are valid only for the date and time selected upon checkout.
2. Vouchers or confirmations are non-transferable and must be presented (printed or digital) upon arrival.
3. Discounted rates apply only to reservations made through the official online store and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or privileges (e.g., senior citizen, PWD, or credit card discounts).
4. Rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Seating will be based on availability and restaurant layout. Special seating requests may be accommodated but are not guaranteed.
6. Cafe Marco reserves the right to refuse service to guests who do not comply with restaurant policies or safety protocols.
7. In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., force majeure, government regulations, operational adjustments), Cafe Marco reserves the right to cancel or reschedule reservations. Guests will be notified in advance and offered alternative options or a full refund.
